A brand new screening programme showcasing the best of Hackney talent
onedotzero presents a brand new screening programme introducing some of Hackney’s top creative talent working in digital media and technology today.
Hackney select highlights the work which explores new forms and hybrids of moving image from screen-based motion graphics, short films and animation, all the way to physical manifestations for exhibitions, live audio-visual events and theatrical performances.
Whilst diverse in style and approach, these creative studios, production companies, collectives and solo practicioners all share a multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach to their work, resulting in ground-breaking work that is being recognized on an international stage from the creative hub that is Hackney.
Artists include: United Visual Artists, Johnny Kelly, Quayola, Spov, Carolina Melis, Field, Max Hattler, Memo Akten + Quayola, The Light Surgeons and Marshmallow Laser Feast.
