onedotzero collaborated with Nike on the launch of the Nike Flyknit Lunar2, delivering a 4D projection mapping experience on one of Berlin's largest and most iconic buildings
Berlin played host to the global launch of the Nike Flyknit Lunar2, the latest running shoe innovation from Nike. 100 international guests were treated to a Flyknit experience that included exclusive tours of the new Nike store, bespoke fittings, a thrilling 4D projection mapping show on the Europa Centre, a run through Berlin led by four-time Olympic gold medalist Allyson Felix - all culminating with an intimate after party at the top of the Europa Centre.
onedotzero was tasked by Nike Europe to produce the two-minute animation and projection mapping experience, in addition to the immersive environmental design for the after party. onedotzero also produced a series of films for social and online media.
Working with the key message of 'IMPOSSIBLY LIGHT, INCREDIBLY STRONG', Shane Walter, Creative Director of onedotzero, developed a concept for the two-minute animation that highlighted the key aspects of the Flyknit Lunar2. onedotzero then handpicked a team of partners to create each element under a unified creative direction. Combining a crew of 45 team players with 40 projectors, 2km of fluorescent gaffer tape and an incredibly tight turnaround, the team delivered a stand-out event that resonated across Europe.
