From what I can make out from the short video it looks like a real eye-catcher. I will certainly look for it next time I'm in town, but it probably won't be dark enough. We're hoping that we can repeat the installation somewhere where the public can move through the wands, perhaps later on in the year. For this particular installation, the mini-turbines are on a balcony. You do get a good view from below though. We'll post some photos of it for you when it's properly launched.
