From the extreme visual clutter of over-populated cities to the tranquility of rural panoramic plains and other-worldly imagined spaces includes Keith Loutit’s breathtaking use of tilt-shift and time-lapse photography creates the illusion of miniaturization on stunning coastal vistas.
